The cast of "The Vampire Diaries" recently talked about their cast member Candice Accola's pregnancy.
In an interview with E! News, Kat Graham, who plays the role of Bonnie on the show, said that she's looking forward to Accola becoming a parent. The actress added that she knows for a fact that her co-star will be a really cool mom.
Meanwhile, "The Vampire Diaries" star Paul Wesley, who plays the role of Stefan Salvatore, opened up about Accola's pregnancy. The actor was asked to react on rumors that Stefan and Accola's character, Caroline, will become parents in the upcoming seventh season.
According to Wesley, he's certain that he and Caroline will be cool parents but added that they will probably send their child to boarding school. Ian Somerhalder, who plays the role of Damon Salvatore, said at first that he didn't know anything about Accola's pregnancy.
Obviously, the actor was just joking around at that time. He even hinted that if Caroline will be pregnant, fans shouldn't assume that it will be Stefan's baby because it could be his.
"Why does it have to Stefan? Maybe it's Damon. Damon gets around. Even though Damon's waiting for Elena, she is a candidate. She was one of Elena's best friends, and you know, those things happen," he said.
In other news, the upcoming seventh season of "The Vampire Diaries" will feature the characters' diaries that is similar to that of Elena's (Nina Dobrev). During an interview with TV Line, Accola said that the diaries will play an important role in Season 7. After all, the show is about the diaries of vampires.
"It is 'The Vampire Diaries,' so the diaries will live on. The flash-forwards and the diary moments are a really beautiful addition to the season," she said.
"The Vampire Diaries" Season 7 will premiere on The CW on Oct. 8 at 8 p.m. ET.
