As Michael Adams, a partner in B.J. Adams & Co. stated, "There was no way for most of the people in the industry to make a living," which indicated that the market at that time was not so profitable. However, since this year, the number of members in the said board has started to rise once again as properties in the area have also started to be purchased more quickly than last year.
