As reported by Suffield Times, Presidential Elections of 2016 candidate, Donald Trump, revealed during an interview last Monday that it is a nice idea that President Barrack Obama has decided to open US doors for Cuba. However, he felt that the president should have made a stronger deal.
However, since the deal has been going smoothly, 59% of Republican respondents favored his efforts in covering Cuba as one of US', eliminating the restrictions in the real estate market once and for all.
According to Forbes, this is an ideal venture for the real estate investors out there. Since the Cuban people and the real estate market of the country are ready to unite with the US investors, it would be a good sign for the industry as it would be reinvented.
Raul Castro, the leader of the Cuban people, have started to permit buying and selling of real estate properties within the region since 2011. Therefore, this signified that after decades of the country being under a Communist government, it has finally started to transform into a capitalist one. This indicates that investment opportunities, especially in the real estate industry, would be a profitable and open venture for US and internationals nowadays. Since, also, weather is not an issue in the region, many would be interested at purchasing properties there.
Currently, the country is experiencing massive construction of homes and other establishments that signify the country's growth.
