However, the campus also offers housing on all four years' spent while in study at Morningside Heights neighborhood. Caltech, or California Institute of Technology, is in 10th place on the list. This Pasadena, CA institution "is actively involved in research projects with grants from NASA, the National Science Foundation and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services" and has a 3:1 student-to-faculty ratio.
