Actor and writer Tyler Perry, who starred in Madea's Witness Protection, is selling his Hollywood Hills West mansion for $11.25 million.
Perched beautifully over the Hollywood Hills, the 9,725 square-foot house is contemporary-styled house built on a more than a third of an acre site, Los Angeles Times confirmed.
Aside its four bedrooms, six bathrooms, with expansive city lights, a stunning mountain view, the mansion comes complete with built-in sauna and personal gym.
Well, and if the temperature drop, four fireplaces warm the place. That’s beside the built-in nightclub/lounge, with a mirrored disco ball, and a billiard room whose window faces the water of the swimming pool.
The actor and writer bought the mansion in 2006 for $9.6 million, which means he earns $1.65 million out of the property, E! News reported.
Tyler Perry is a 43-year-old actor, producer, and writer, who is best known in the movie Madea's Witness Protection, and Diary of a Mad Black Woman.
In 2011, Forbes named him the highest paid man in entertainment, earning $130 million between May 2010 and 2011.
