Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner were recently spotted together as if they didn't separate at all. The amicable ex-couple were seen dropping their kids, Violet, 9, Seraphina, 6, and Samuel, 3, to school on Tuesday, Sept.8.
The latest sighting of Affleck and Garner comes after they reportedly attended a two-hour therapy session this week in El Lay, according to In Touch Weekly.
"They smiled and chatted during the morning run. There was no obvious tension between them," a source told Perez Hilton. "They were focused on making sure each kid had a good first day back at school."
Seeing them together again seems strange to some people. However, a source said that reconciliation isn't brewing between the "Batman" star and the mother of three. They are reportedly just determined to stay focused on their children and what's best for them.
According to another insider, Garner doesn't want the kids to question anything, but there's reportedly no chance for Garner and Affleck to get back together. She finally feels she deserves to be happy without him. What she cares about is that he continues to be committed to co-parenting their kids.
Meanwhile, after she finished filming her latest movie, "Miracles From Heaven" in Atlanta, Georgia, Garner has been busy again with her old routine. She was seen running some errands during the Labor Day weekend and attending the church.
After Garner and Affleck split, the "Gone Girl" actor was linked to their kids' nanny Christine Ouzounian. Several controversies were faced by the ex-pair as their former nanny continued to appear in public.
According to the latest reports, the 43-year-old Oscar winner is trying his best to avoid Ouzounian by changing his cellphone number, Radar Online reports. She reportedly has become obsessed with him that she kept calling him as soon as he came back in L.A. Affleck reporteldy made it obvious that he's not interested in a relationship.
Affleck and Garner continued to be as casual with one another despite the rumors. They made it a priority to set aside their differences and put their kids first before their own personal issues.
