Rice's condo in Baltimore has been sitting unclaimed on the listing market since September 2012. Originally priced at $339,900 the star player has now chopped off around $20,000 from the cost and has re-listed it for $319,000, reports Curbed.
Rice purchased the home in 2008 for around $350,000.
According to the listing records at Zillow, the home is a four bedroom- four bathroom condo spreading across 2,100 square feet on a 2,776 square feet lot. Built in 1999,the house is in a gated community.
The three story place has a dine-in kitchen, a full laundry, a library/study and a fully furnished bar. A game room, a pool and a jacuzzi tub are some of its other features. The master bedroom sports giant walk-in closets with an attached bath. Formal living and dining rooms make up the lower level of the home.

Rice was a part of The Baltimore Ravens who scored a 34-31 win against the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday, 3 Feb, 2013. Rice's hometown, New Rochelle celebrated the win with much pomp. While the city is planning to hold a parade in his honor, spectators and fans are gearing up for a private party for Rice, reports Lohud.com.
