The "Real Housewives of Orange County" star Heather Dubrow and her famous plastic surgeon husband Dr.Terry Dubrow have quietly sold off their mansion in Newport Coast, Orange County, California. Though the home was never listed in the public records, it has sold for a good $16.4 million.
The Real Estalker first reported the news of the private sale. According to the grapevine, the couple has sold the mansion to a wealthy customer. However, the buyer is not a Tinseltown entity.
The couple purchased the lot in Pelican Crest Avenue of Newport Coast back in 2004 for $3.2 million. The duo then spent around $7 million developing and building the current mansion that they just sold in December, reports Curbed.
As the listing of the mansion had been kept confidential, property details are not available on the internet. However, parts of the home had appeared in episodes of season seven of "The Real Housewives of Orange County" where a sizable foyer, a lobby, a dine-in kitchen and huge dressing rooms were featured. Formal gardens, a gated driveway, a swimming pool and a number of open terraces were also noted, reports Real Estalker.
Now that the couple has sold its primary residence it is not known where they are shifting.
Heather Dubrow was a popular actress starring in shows like "Law and Order" and "That's Life." She joined the "RHOOC" in the summer of 2012. Being the latest addition to the existing cast, Dubrow brought a new East Coast style freshness to the show. She has four children and is a complete homemaker.
Plans for another season are also under talks. More recently, Heather made a guest appearance on the popular sitcom, "Hot in Cleveland".
