Aaron Paul, the "Breaking Bad" star, has dropped a cool $1.39 million on a posh and cozy property in the Hollywood Hills of Los Angeles.
Paul had purchased the home under the name of a trust in April 2012. However, a little research in the listing records by The Real Estalker confirmed Paul as the legal buyer of the home.
The double story residence sits atop a hill providing ample street and city views. Measuring up to 2396 square feet, the home comprises of four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. The home features Spanish-style architecture with a stone driveway leading up to the main unit.
Rustic French doors open up to a central roomy hallway featuring a far-reaching staircase. The formal living room has a huge stone fireplace and sports hardwood flooring with beamed ceilings. On the other side of the hallway, a modern dine-in kitchen opens up to a breakfast room that provides for picturesque views of the stretching skyline. A wet bar and an office/study are some of its other features.

Paul is not only enjoying his stay in the new house but is also gearing up for "the Hitched life". Paul proposed to his girlfriend, Lauren Parsekian, in Paris on New Year's Eve and the couple is happily engaged. More recently, at the Golden Globe's after-party, Paul announced that he and Parsekian will be tying the knot in Malibu on May 26, 2012.
For now, Paul is expected to star in Dreamworks' brand new project, a film based on the popular game, "Need for Speed". He will be joined my Michael Keaton and Dominic Cooper as well.
