According to Tchi, color is one of the keys in "creating balance, harmony and good energy." Apart from creating this, color can also bring in "chaos" and "low energy" in one's space. As explained, feng shui is about "creating good energy" and making use of colors to do that. Tchi said that color in feng shui is very important as these entails the "five elements" which are wood, earth, fire, water and metal. For starters, Tchi's advice is to use feng shui guidelines and to always take note that a north facing room has a different treatment that a south facing room.

And an added tip was for South facing rooms, these rooms will be suitable for "fire and wood colors" and one can include "pink, orange, red purple and yellow."
