The racing heiresses a.k.a Ecclestone siblings are never off the tabloids. Catching headlines today is the older Ecclestone sibling, Tamara, who has recently leased a mansion just adjacent to the Bel-Air Country Club, Los Angeles, for $150,000 a month.
Tamara has moved into the home in order to get over her recent break up with boyfriend, Omar Khyami. She dumped Khyami in 2012 after she discovered that he had been part of a sleazy sex tape. Recently, the real estate paparazzi went haywire with rumors of Tamara leasing the "Fleur De Lys" to give competition to Petra's "Spelling Mansion" splurge. However, the rumors were proven untrue.
The Bel-Air home that Tamara is currently leasing is a Euro-regency style residence spreading across 19,000 square feet. The home sits in a gated area and comprises of nine bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. The home sports marble flooring along with well decorated interiors. A formal living room, a library/office and an open kitchen with an adjoining family room are some of its other features. A temperature-controlled wine storage unit and a modern gym are also available, reports Real Estalker.
The exteriors of the home sport landscaped lawns and a resort-style swimming pool. The property also features a three-car parking space with a side motor-court and a red brick driveway that leads to the main unit. Open terraces provide for flattering views of the golf course at the Bel-Air Country Club.
Tamara invited British Magazine; "Hello!" in January 2013 to her new Bel-Air digs and posed for an elaborate photo shoot in the house.
The Ecclestone sisters have been ranked #1 on Bankrate's "Spoiled Rotten: 11 most pampered rich kids". Their total property worth in Los Angeles and London was estimated to be $150 million. Moreover, the Ecclestone siblings seemed to have withstood the European housing recession. Tamara recently listed her home in Chelsea, London, for around $26 million in January.
Bernie Ecclestone, father of the Ecclestone siblings has criticized them for their over spending. However, Tamara replied saying she was grateful to him for giving her such a lavish life but would not spend the rest of her life apologizing for it, reports Daily Mail.
