"General Hospital" spoilers for the upcoming episodes of the ABC soap opera on Sept. 14 - 16, 2015 indicate that Liz will be overwhelmed with guilt over keeping Jake's identity a secret and will be tempted to confess the truth about his true identity. Will Jake finally discover that he is Jason Morgan?

"General Hospital" spoilers on Monday, Sept. 14 from She Knows Soaps detail that Morgan's state of health will become even worse as Sonny's health continues to deteriorate. Morgan will promise to get revenge for what happened to Sonny, but Michael will confront him about taking matters into his own hands. Michael and Morgan will have a heated discussion.
GH spoilers also reveal that Liz's conscience is starting to get the best of her, as spoilers hint that Liz will be tempted to reveal the truth to Jake. However, it seems like guilty or not, Liz will keep the truth to herself and will not confess the truth to Jake. So, no Jason Morgan big reveal yet! Ric, however, will get his fair share of revenge, as Nina and Franco serve him up with legal papers.
On Tuesday, Sept. 15, GH spoilers reveal that Carly will be making a critical decision with regards to Sonny's condition. Ric and Sam, on the other hand, will notice how Jake's actions are reminiscent to that of Jason's.
On Wednesday, Sept. 16, "General Hospital" spoilers reveal that Dante will decide on telling Lulu the truth about what happened between him and Valerie. Nathan, however, will ask Valerie to stay away from Dante.
Meanwhile, GH spoilers from Celeb Dirty Laundry reveal that Michael Easton (who played the role of Silas Clay) is being considered to star in another soap opera. According to the outlet, while Easton may no longer return to Port Charles, the actor may star in one of the three remaining soap operas - "The Bold and the Beautiful," "The Young and the Restless" and "Days of Our Lives."
