Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Martin Relationship: ‘The Hunger Games: Mockingjay’ Actress Happier After Break Up?

Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Martin have been in an on-and-off relationship since they started dating and while latest reports indicate that the couple has called it quits, it looks like the "Mockingjay" actress is ready to mingle! The 25-year-old actress is reportedly not ready to settle down with anyone anytime soon.

Breakups are probably one of the hardest phases of life, which almost every person goes through at point in time. While some may wallow in the sadness and loneliness caused by the breakup, it looks like things are different for "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay" actress, Jennifer Lawrence.

Lawrence is allegedly happy after breaking up with her then-boyfriend, Chris Martin, OK! Magazine reported. The "Silver Linings Playbook" actress reportedly realized that she is not ready to settle down with the Coldplay front man, which eventually led to the couple's break up.

"Jen's getting along just fine. She likes Chris a lot and they talked about a future together at times, but she's since realized she's nowhere near ready to settle down," a source told the publication.

While the insider shared that Lawrence has no time for relationships at the moment, a recent report from The New York Times stated that Lawrence admitted to seeing herself drowning as part of being famous.

"There I was - burp, burp, burp - just a little gal from Kentucky getting discovered by big ol' Hollywood. But inside I'm terrified. In an instant - boom - everyone's listening, everyone's looking," Lawrence said.

While the price that fame can bring is a bit too high for some, Lawrence revealed that she has learned to be in control of things through the years.

"I'm calmer. I know that there's no point to feeling anxious all day, so I try not to," she added.

While Jennifer Lawrence may not have luck in the romance department right now, she definitely has her hands full with projects and movies. The "American Hustle" actress recalled her emotional experience of saying goodbye to her fellow co-stars, Liam Hemsworth and Josh Hutcherson. Lawrence said that she, Hemsworth and Hutcherson all had a hard time letting go of each other with the conclusion of "The Hunger Games" series.
