The "Flintstone" themed mansion formerly owned by Dick Clark, the producer, and former host of "American Bandstand," is having a hard time finding a buyer.
The house was originally listed last March, a month before Dick passed away, for $3.5 million. The selling price for the Malibu Flintstones-esque home has now been dropped by $250,000 to $3.25 million, this according Curbed LA.
According to the listing, the one bedroom, two bath house has a beautiful 360 degree view of the Pacific ocean, Channel Islands, Boney Mountains and Serrano Valley. The unique house lies on around 22.89 acres of land on a mountain, and boasts "an ever changing view from every room."
The home is currently owned by Dick Clark's estate. The stone-home features two fireplaces, one in the living room and master bedroom.
