The "Debt" Actress Helen Mirren and her director husband, Taylor Hackford, are looking for tenants to occupy their Hollywood Hills Estate in Los Angeles. The property has hit the rental market and is asking for a monthly charge of $40,000.
The couple purchased the home in 1986 and has been leasing the home since 2007. The home is a very secure and private estate with lush gardens, which is why the property is being called "The Garden Estate" by real estate listing sites.
The home has some Hollywood history attached to it. It was once owned by famous actor Dustin Farnum.
The listing records do not provide for interior information. However, some features that are available online disclose that the home lies on a six acre park-like lot comprising of five bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Designed in Mediterranean style, the property boasts of an infinity pool, a detached guest house and separate servant quarters as well, reports NBC.

Mirren is currently working on the post production of her upcoming movie "Red 2" which will also star Mary-Louis Parker, Bruce Willis and Anthony Hopkins.
