Robert Redford and Jane Fonda are said to be collaborating on a project for Netflix. The said duo will are rumored to be cast in Our Souls at Night. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the said film will be based on Kent Haruf's novel, that hit shelves in May, in which the story revolves around the lives of two widowed neighbors as they build a relationship as they share memories of their past. It is also said that Scott Neustadter and Michael H. Weber, the same ones who wrote 500 Days of Summer, The Fault in Our Stars, and Paper Towns, will write the script for this film.
Moreover, according to E!online, no deals have been finalized yet but Netflix will most likely embark on the project. Currently, Beasts of No Nation, which is the network's first big film is showing at the Toronto Film Festival.
