'Twilight' actress, Nikki Reed, has sold her multi-level home in the Hollywood Hills area of Los Angeles for US$1.31 million, according to Domain.
The 1920s Spanish style villa features a swimming pool seated on a knoll in the Lake Hollywood area. A waterfall spa, guesthouse, a roof patio, where you can view the San Fernando Valley basin, Universal Studios and Griffith Park. It also includes a garage that fits three cars.
Within the house is a spacious living area with fireplace, a delightful dining room, an updated kitchen area with plenty of sinks, a laundry room, four bedrooms and three bathrooms. It also includes a guest house with bedroom, bathroom and patio. The main floor of the house was built in hardwood.
The 2,284-square foot property was put on sale two months ago with an asking price of $1.3million, following her marriage to Ian Somerhalder.
The couple started dating in the mid- 2014 after divorcing her estranged husband, Paul McDonald, citing irreconcilable differences in May 2014. Reed and Somerhalder confirmed their engagement in February this year and exchanged their vows in April.
Just earlier this year, after she finalized the divorce from Paul, Nikki was granted three houses, a Range Rover, a Toyota Tundra, and a Toyota Rav4 that once were shared by the estranged couple, the Daily Mail reported.
