While "Teen Mom 2" Chelsea Houska's daughter Aubree is now starting kindergarten, the custody battle between Houska and her former boyfriend Adam Lind continues. Six months ago, Houska's ex-boyfriend Lind was denied of custody and an agreement by the judge was made that after six months the case will be reevaluated. Now that it already reached six months, OK Magazine has the details of what happened with the agreement.
It was reported that last March, Lind filed for a joint custody agreement for their daughter and apart from this, it includes unsupervised visits. Sources said to RadarOnline, that Houska brought up arrest history of former boyfriend as she was worried about the safety and welfare of her daughter.
Their sources said, she "brought up his long history of arrests and allegations of steroid use." Apart from what Houska opened to the judge, Lind was also arrested for failing child support pay for his youngest daughter Paislee with also a former girlfriend.
It was revealed by IB Times that Lind could have visitation rights to daughter but with supervision with his parents. The result of the court made Houska felt a big relief put out of her shoulders. Houska said to her father Randy that in a phone call that, "It went really good. They're just going to keep it like it is, which is what I basically wanted." She also added that "And he got arrested at the end because he had a warrant for his arrest."
While the custody battle ceased, it was said by RadarOnline's sources that the life of Houska and her daughter are still the same. Their sources even reported that, "Nothing has changed." and that "Aubree just started kindergarten and Chelsea feels that her daughter needs to be comfortable with her new routine before anything."
It was also said that if Aubree had fully adjusted to school already, talks about mediation between Lind and Houska can be opened up again.
