On Tuesday, EA Sports added two of NFL's best players in the "Madden NFL 16" video game. Both Roy Williams and Tory Holt have joined the "Madden Ultimate Team 16 Legends" program.
To unlock the two playable characters, gamers would have to obtain the position collectible which is said to be available from a solo challenge. With the new roster update, avid fans and gamers will be able to do more while playing the game, after two legendary players have been added in the game's Ultimate Team Mode, a report from Design & Trend said.
EA Sports claims that the game's "Madden Ultimate Team (MUT) Legends" program commemorates the outstanding careers of some of the NFL's greatest athletes. The company further said that the inclusion of both Roy Williams and Tory Holt in the Ultimate Team is a welcome development in the game.
"Each Saturday, you can find five Collectible Items that are themed around a specific player. The Position Collectible (no auction/no trade) is available from a Solo Challenge, and the other four (auctionable/tradable) are found in Packs. Add these five Collectibles to that player's Legend Set along with some Legends Badge Collectibles, and you'll earn a Coin reward and a terrific player to upgrade your MUT team," EA Sports said, explaining the method on how gamers will be able to get the two NFL legendary football players.
Five-time Pro Bowler Roy Williams, who is fondly called by Coach Bill Parcells as "Biscuit," is known for his unmatched expert tackling and brutal hits. Meanwhile, Super Bowl XXXIV Champion and seven-time Pro Bowler Tory Holt was "a member of the St. Louis Rams offense called 'The Greatest Show on Turf.' For six consecutive seasons, he had at least 1,300 yards receiving. Holt played 158 games for the Rams and started 147 of them."
