Christina Aguilera’s Beverly Hills Pad under Contract?

The "Your Body" singer, Christina Aguilera might have sold her Beverly Hills home for $13.5 million.

The home , which was in the market for two years, may have finally found a buyer, according to recent listing records.

The residence was bought by Aguilera and ex husband Jordon Bratman from the Osbourne family in 2007 for $11.5 million and was listed in 2011 for $13.5 million. The pop princess had earlier listed the home in March 2008 asking for $6.9 million.

In early February, Bratman was seen moving out the last of his belongings from the home. He had refused to move out after their split in 2010. However, he left the place in 2011. Now that Aguilera is selling the place, Bratman came to collect his stuff.

The Real Estalker first observed changes in the listing records. At Redfin, the status of the home says "pending" while at Zillow; the status is "Not for Sale". This might mean, the home is under contract for sale, reports Curbed.

The single-family home is spread across 10,000 square feet sitting on a 27,860 square feet lot. Built in 1988, the home features Mediterranean style architecture comprising of six bedrooms and nine bathrooms. Interiors include a living room, a family room, a bonus room, a guest room, a library/office as well as a recording studio. A modern kitchen, a powder room and a laundry room are also available.

Aguilera had designed the home according to her taste and style after she purchased it. The home is adorned with huge pink chandeliers in the living room and family room. There is a large salon with leopard print carpeting too, reports Toofab.

The residence also provides for a seven car parking space along with a separate guest house and a heated swimming pool. It also has a pagoda in the backyard that gives a Zen feel, reports Daily Mail.
