The "Hereafter" actress, Bryce Dallas Howard, has listed her Hollywood Hills mansion in Los Angeles, California, for just $2.3 million. Howard had purchased the home back in December 2006 and is now selling it at a loss of $565,000.
According to listing records, the home was built in 1931. The property is a romantic Hollywood Hills residence featuring Mediterranean style architecture. The home is a 4,242 square feet residence comprising of four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The villa has formal living and dining rooms. An office/study, a den/ media room and a sauna are also available. The home has a modern gourmet kitchen along with a breakfast bar.
The master suite features a sitting area and a large attached bathroom with a separate shower area. The home has central heating and cooling facilities. Outside, the residence provides for open patios and courtyards with an outdoor fireplace and loggia overlooking a grassy yard, reports Trulia.
Howard is married to actor Seth Gabel. They have two children together. In 2012 January, she gave birth to her daughter.
Howard's performance in "As You Like It" earned her a Golden Globe nomination. The red-haired star is also a director.
Howard directed a short series, "When you find me," which was a part of Cannon's "Long Live Imagination" campaign. The project is an annual event for creative photographs. A short movie is made of the best few photographs of all the entries. The winners are chosen by legendary actor and father of Bryce, Ron Howard.
"When You Find Me" was inspired by eight such photos submitted to the campaign. Currently, Howard has just finished working on her lifetime series, "Five More," which is a sequel to her previous series "Five"- that was based on women's experiences with breast cancer. "Five More" will be a series based on mental health starring Jennifer Hudson. The series is slated to be aired in May 2013.
