As cited in the same article on the Daily Telegraph, Mr. Malouf is quoted to have said that "Point Piper has public appeal across the world and is known as the prestige suburb in Sydney's eastern suburbs." Amidst the grandeur of this suburb, the Prime Minister's house is deemed as the best, if not one of the best.
Moreover, Sydney Sotheby's International Realty agent, Michael Pallier, believed that Turnbull's property will definitely attract a cost easily over $50 million. Mr. Pallier said: "It is one of the best trophy homes in one of the best locations. It has one of the widest water frontages and is a magnificent home," as quoted on the Daily Telegraph.
