LG To Launch Their First Dual-screen Smartphone on October, What Specs to Expect?

The future is here! LG is beginning to send out invites for their October 1 event in NY, and it's pretty much a possibility that we will be seeing the first smartphone with dual screen from LG! Although there were no official statements about the phone that shall be announced at the event, the only thing that is certain is that the event is movie themed, so what we can assume is that the next phone will have improved video features.

It wasn't too long ago when the "LG V10" leaked, and it was shown to have a small auxiliary screen above the display, but it may also be a massive gimmick according to TechRadar.

According to the tech website, the main screen will have 5.7 inch display with a QHD resolution, a bit larger than the G4, but with a smaller display at the top. The overall specs can be said to be as competitive as the other 2015 phones. It has 3GB RAM, it uses a Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 chipset, and it has a 64 GB storage. The rumored 16 MP back camera and 5 MP front cam can't be underestimated as well.

Nonetheless, there are no guarantees that this is what we are going to see at the October 1 event, but this is the only rumored device from LG as of now. And the dual screen feature is something that LG would probably go big for.

The "LG G4" has made such a huge impact in the smartphone world with its unique look and competitive specs, so we kinda expect no less from the soon-to-be announced phone. LG is one of the top competitors of Apple's new handsets. From durability, unique build, to strong specs, LG can be considered one of the best smartphone manufacturers as of this time. They may often be underestimated, but the company definitely continues to deliver.
