Pamela Anderson Lists in Malibu following Financial Crisis

The "Baywatch" bombshell, Pamela Anderson has listed her Malibu bay-front property for $7.7 million. The blond beauty listed her home as she has been having some financial problems.

Anderson purchased the property in December 2000 for $1.8 million. She invested around $6 million on renovating the home, which is also one of the reasons of her money trouble. She had offered the home for rent in 2012 asking for a monthly charge of $50,000. However, looks like the high rent could not meet her due bills as the property has hit the listing market now.

Anderson's financial troubles started off in 2009 when she failed to pay the $6 million remodeling charges to the contractors. She was also caught in negative speculations about unpaid taxes worth $350,000.

According to the listing records, Anderson's home is a beautifully crafted and teak-sided single family residence. Spreading across an area of 2752 square feet, the home sits on a 6324 square feet lot comprising of five bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Built in 1959, the home was built by famous architect Philip Vertoch and redesigned by Josh Chryssanthou and Anderson herself.

Interiors of the home include an open living room that features a modern home theatre and a baby black piano. The place also has a state of the art kitchen with built in cabinetry. Outside, the home features a courtyard lined with olive trees and lavender flowers. A covered parking space also exists on the property.

Anderson is said to be seeking 'the shrink's help' to figure out her financial mess.

"I haven't been in a long time. I probably should go back. I've been working non-stop, digging myself out of a construction hole," Anderson said in an interview with Perezhilton.com. "The house just enveloped me financially and I didn't know how to handle it. It happens to a lot of people in Hollywood. It was a very stressful couple of years."

She also caught media attention recently when she had a major wardrobe malfunction at the first episode of "Dancing on Ice" - a reality dance show.
