‘Ash Vs Evil Dead,’ ‘Mr. Robot,’ ‘Adventure Time’ & More: What To Look Forward To In New York Comic Con

New York Comic Con producer, ReedPOP, is expanding the Panel content beyond the Javits Center for the first time, largely due to the growth of television programming joining the upcoming event this year, MovieWeb reported. Hammerstein Ballroom in Manhattan is set to be a devoted location for the latest news, content and high-profile stars of biggest television projects today.

Most recently, STARZ has announced that it will host an autograph signing and a panel and in Hammerstein Ballroom for the new series "Ash vs. Evil Dead." Fans can hear directly from Executive Producers and original filmmakers Sam Raimi, Bruce Campbell, showrunner Craig DiGregorio, and cast members Lucy Lawless, Ray Santiago, and Dana DeLorenzo, what they can expect from this forthcoming series which will premiere on Oct. 31.

Autograph signing is between 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Oct. 8 and 9 at Ash's Trailer at the Inner Roadway, where a killer "Ash vs. Evil Dead" experience is also waiting. One hundred attendees will win autograph passes via raffle. The panel will be on Oct. 10, 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.

On Oct. 9, 3:30 p.m. to 6 p.m., "Mr. Robot" cast and creators will participate in a panel right after the screening and Q&A for the "Colony," USA Network's new series. "Mr. Robot" is produced by Universal Cable Productions and created by Sam Esmail. It stars Rami Malek, Christian Slater, Carly Chaikin, Portia Doubleday, and Warton Wallstrom.

"Adventure Time" fans who have been waiting and asking for years will now be able to learn more about the secrets and life of Marceline the Vampire Queen in a special eight-part story to be presented by Cartoon Network. A sneak peek will be shown in NYCC on Oct. 9, 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Cast and crews will be there so fans will have plenty of time to ask questions. "Adventure Time" talents include: Olivia Olson (Marceline), Jeremy Shada (Finn), John DiMaggio (Jake), Adam Muto (Executive Producer, Adventure Time) and Rebecca Sugar (Lyricist/composer Adventure Time; Creator, Steven Universe).

New York Comic Con, East Coast's biggest and most exciting popular culture convention, will be held on Oct. 8 to 11 at the Javits Center in New York City during the New York Super Week. It features the latest and greatest in comics, graphic novels, anime, manga, video games, toys, movies and television.
