Victoria Beckham quickly triggered rumors that she and David are having marriage troubles as she plans to remove her tattoos dedicated to her husband.
The Former Spice Girls Singer-turned-fashion designer has a Hebrew tattoo running from her nape down to her upper back that reads, "I am my beloved's and my beloved is mine." However, the particular tattoo, along with others, seem to have faded, hinting that that there's a strain on Victoria and David's marriage.
Victoria, 41, was seen at the New York Fashion Week on Monday for her runway show and it's obvious that her tattoo is lighter than it was before. There were rumors that she's undergoing laser treatments to get rid off the ink. According to Daily Mail, Victoria is also removing two more tattoos on her body, including a Latin phrase "De Integro," which translates to "again from the start," and the date she and the football legend renewed their vows in 2006.
Mirror reports that Victoria also ditched the markings on her wrist that indicate her family milestones. Inscribed on her left wrist is David's initials with Hebrew words meaning "Together, forever, eternally." The 41-year-old also has five stars etched on her lower back, which reportedly represents herself, her husband and their three sons, Brooklyn, Romeo, and Cruz, and their daughter, Harper.
"Victoria seems embarrassed about her tattoos - probably because she thinks they're cheap and tacky," an insider said.
Other rumors claim that Victoria is removing her tattoos because she thinks that it's not good for her image as an entrepreneur. Meanwhile, sources revealed to The Sun that she and her husband are apparently facing some problems in their marriage with their busy schedules. A separate report claimed that the mother of four is reportedly upset with David's choice of friends.
An insider also claimed that Victoria canceled her attendance to film director Guy Ritchie's three-day wedding in Wiltshire in late July because she's avoiding David's friends, Jason Statham and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley. She is reportedly not keen about her husband hanging out with the couple, the same way he had been with actress Charlize Theron, the source added.
