News is circulating in the grapevine that Eli, Zack Snyder's son is playing the "Boy Wonder," in "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice." His name is Eli, he became famous because of his stint in "300," in 2006. The 19 year old boy also appeared in "Sucker Punch" and "Watchmen."
DC Extended Universe fans were delighted about the news, but Snyder denied it during his interview with Yahoo! News and said, all of these are mere rumors, all about fun for everyone to use anyone in order to sell something by using rumors and speculations. He also added that the images of Eli in connection to his role in "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice," are all fan made, including the ones Eli in Robin costume.
There are other speculations about the upcoming Batman film, it was announced a few weeks back that General Zod will appear as a form of Kryptonian ghost, not a flipper-handed monster anymore.
On the other hand, "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice," is guaranteed to be filled with exciting and thrilling actions and full of cinematic effects. Of course, this is the first time that Batman and Superman will be in one film. Plus, the infamous villain Lex luthor, who will be played by Jesse Eisenberg, fans should be ready to process a lot of psychological game play in 2016.
Eisenberg sat down with Observer for an interview, he said that films adapted from comic book has dramatically changed now a days, from the old "Batman" and "Superman" movies, the 2016 film are featuring significant elements like power, corruption and geographical politics.
Another "Dawn of Justice," casting-related news, Tao Okamoto will be playing Mercy Graves, as revealed a few days back, he will be Lex Luthor's personal driver. Her abilities in street fighting makes her a strong candidate to be Luthor;s bodyguard/chauffeur.
"Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" premieres on March 2016. It seems there are a lot of speculations and news have been released for the film which make the fans more excited. The question is, will the movie live-up to the expectations of the moviegoers?
