The "Shameless" actress, Amy Smart, has dropped $2.5 million on a property in Beverly Hills. The model turned actress purchased the property recently with TV host husband Carter Oosterhouse and plans to settle down in the home.
In November 2011, Smart sold her longtime bachelorette home for $1.1 million. Now, the leading lady of "The Butterfly Effect" has upgraded to a better and much spacious home after her marriage in September 2011.
According to the listing in Trulia, the home is spread across an area of 4126 square feet sitting on a 16 acre lot. The single-family home comprises of three bedrooms and four bathrooms featuring high beamed ceilings with huge rooms and hardwood flooring. The master suite has walk-in closets along with a luxurious attached bath that has a separate shower and tub. The home also features a media room and wooden fireplaces. Outside, the home features a grass yard and a resort style swimming pool with a waterfall.
Oosterhouse is currently hosting TV shows, "Carter Can" and "Red Hot and Green". The couple is famous for its eco-friendly ways. The duo has had quite the green wedding. They also shared some tips with Celebuzz in an interview.
