After Kourtney Kardashian split with her boyfriend Scott Disick, she realized that she also needs to focus on herself mentally and physically. Lately, she's been doing everything to lose extra pounds. However, sources revealed that her family and close friends are getting worried about her diet and workout because she's getting so thin, and they fear that she is already suffering from an eating disorder.
People are curious on how the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" (KUWTK) star attained her slender figure right after giving birth to her third child Reign. However, as soon as Kourtney split with Scott, gossip sites revealed that the mother of three has already lost 10 pounds. One insider told Radar Online that she's not eating balanced meals. Kourtney is reportedly burning herself with all her work and parenting responsibilities to move on from his former flame.
"The pounds are falling off and she looks gaunt and stressed, with huge circles under her eyes because she isn't sleeping either," a source close to Kourtney said.
Celeb Dirty Laundry reports that Kourtney's dieting has become an "obsession" and her usual healthy figure has turned into a "revenge body" that she no longer cares what's good for her. Reports have it that she is willing to give Lord Disick another chance, but she'll not do it unless he checks himself into rehab. She's reportedly frustrated and eating has become her last priority.
A separate report says that right after Kourtney split with Disick, she promised herself that she'll focus her attention now to herself and think what's good for her. OK! Magazine claims that she even hired a personal trainer to help her attain her weight goal.
In a previous "KUWTK" episode, before she broke up with her beau, Scott reminded Kourtney to pump up on reducing weight.
"Just [lose] it faster. You're my piece of machinery!" Scott told her in "KUWTK" show. "If I would have [fallen] in love with you a couple of pounds overweight, this would be my ideal weight, but I fell in love with you when you were super skinny," Scott said.
