A new business consulting and real estate firm is tapping into global markets.
Nawzad Othman, the co-founder and CEO of Otak, Inc., a multidisciplinary design firm based in Oregon, announced the launch of the international firm The Othman Group, Yahoo Finance reported.
The new firm will tend to clients in regions including the Pacific Northwest and the Middle East. Clients would be advised on strategic positioning, business development, investments and community development, reported Yahoo Finance. Their headquarters will be located at 215 S.W. Washington Street, Portland Ore.

"Great leaders in private business, government and non-profits display a dual commitment to diversity and unity of effort, to personal achievement and community service. We hope to show our business and non-profit clients that they can grow and thrive by embracing this values-based leadership."
Otak, Inc. enlists a team of engineers, architects, urban designers and planners in building a variety of architecture, roadways, and bridges among others. Many of their past clients came from Oregon and Washington state. But they've already got headway into the international market in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates for clienteles like the Department of Municipal Affairs for which they constructed a major roadway, The Mafraq to Al Ghwaifat Highway, connecting industries to oil refineries.
Their portfolio also includes the Al Bateen Hotel and Residences, a $240 million landmark in Abu Dabi, that's attracting tourism and businesses, not to mention a vacation hotspot.
The Othman Group will focus on helping U.S. companies enter markets in the Middle East, reported Reuters and in the same way try to aid Middle East markets to enter into the United States. They will also provide businesses with investment advising for real estate and operating companies.
