Real Estate News: Abandoned Hollywood Hills Mansion Converted to Michael Straumietis' Marijuana Party Palace

The infamous abandoned house in Hollywood Hills finally has a tenant! Residents around the area are sure to be shocked by the news that it has been transformed into a weed party palace.

According to TMZ, CEO of Advanced Nutrients Michael Straumietis has rented the property since June for $10,000/month. His weed-filled parties are open for individuals who have medical cards. The CEO also goes by the name of Marijuana Don and is considered the Dan Bilzerian of weed.

His parties reportedly consist of marijuana in every form and an elaborate spread of food consisting of crab legs and cheese, just in case his guests get the munchies. The Runyon Canyon property is on a 9,800-square-foot lot with a six-car garage and a 200-bottle cellar. Marijuana Don surely knows how to throw an epic weed party!

LA Curbed reports that this home was left unfinished for decades and was thrashed by vandalism, bankruptcies, and lawsuits. In 2013, a private firm purchased the lot and marked it as sold in 2014. No news followed until today. The source also has photos of what goes on during Marijuana Don's weekly parties.

Straumietis recently got press over his Instagram filled with buxom babes, weed, and crazy private jet trips. Comparisons to poker star Bilzerian were also emphasized, though his following stands pale against Bilzerian. News.com.au reports that the CEO got his fortune from his booming Canada-based cannabis business, but warns that his extravagant lifestyle might do him harm in the future.
