Beyonce Songs: Singer Faces $10 Billion Larceny Charges for Stealing Lyrics for Hit Song 'Irreplaceable'

Beyonce may be enjoying a lavish Italian vacation with his husband Jay Z, where she and her family boarded a $900,000-a-week yacht, but in reality, she may be ditching a bit of her $450 million net worth. New reports claim that she is facing $10 billion larceny charges for stealing a number of songs.

It comes as a surprise that some of Beyonce's songs were reportedly not original as they have been stolen from a person named Cheareen Jones. The lawsuit filed in the Kings Country, New York claims that the singer and songwriter reportedly stole Jone's songs, including "Irreplaceable," "Sweet Dreams" and "Listen," which she wrote in the church, Movie News Guide reports.

"I thought the church had started to rob me, and that is why I am filing a community larceny crime," Jones said in the court documents. "Beyonce is committing grand larceny nesting in my uterine walling and bewitching herself into my image and invoking songs that do not belong to her."

As Beyonce's three songs allegedly belong to Jones, Jones is demanding $10 billion from the 34-year-old 20-time Grammy winner as payment for the "emotional, psychological, and physical distress" that she sustained for the theft. She is also seeking the payment for the earnings of the hit songs. Jones also claims Rihanna, Mariah Carey and Charlie Rae Jeppeson as co-defendants, Radar Online reports.

Meanwhile, Queen Bey, together with her husband Jay Z and their daughter Blue Ivy are currently on a holiday in Naples, Italy. The said trip is part of her 34th birthday celebration, where her friend Kelly Rowland is also in attendance. The family spent some time in Capri, Amalfi Coast and Sardinia, which Business Standard sources claim is now a tradition. The family reportedly goes to France and Italy every September.

Do you think some of Beyonce's songs are not really written by the songwriter?
