'Bryan Cranston' on Breaking Bad's Infamous Walter White: "It Feels Done"

In an interview with CNN's Ashleigh Banfield on Thursday, Bryan Cranston may have implied that Walter White, the character he played for five seasons, is someday coming back. Cranston said to Banfield, "Hey, you never saw bags zip up or anything. Or say ... you know." We saw him down on the ground, bleeding and dying, but we never saw him being put away in a body bag.

To tease us more, when he was asked if his Breaking Bad character would one day appear in another movie, he said, "Never say never."

He has seemed to have given fans a spark of hope that Walter White is not dead, even after a mock funeral held in Albuquerque, New Mexico where the show was filmed. Currently the "Breaking Bad" spinoff "Better Call Saul" is gaining more and more patronage and is going back in the air for its second season next year. Fans of Walter White are speculating if he would join the TV series.

However, despite these bright suggestions, it is crystal clear that Walter White is, really, already dead and gone. Bryan Cranston recently talked to ET Canada and he has made it clear that our beloved cancer-stricken professor who ended up cooking meth is never coming back. "I don't have a yearning to go back into Walter's world because we just covered it completely I think," Cranston said. "It feels done."

On the other hand, according to ET, he would still be more than happy to revisit his role in "Malcom in the Middle", a show about a witty boy trying to survive his dysfunctional family.

"Right now, I think, I look back on Malcolm in the Middle. It's been 10 years since we went off the air," he said. "And it'd be fun to pick up that guy's clothes again and be fun and sweet and adorable and hapless and clueless and afraid of everything."

We may not be seeing Walter White anymore but we will still be seeing more of Bryan Cranston. He is currently working on the movie "Trumbo", which is about Hollywood's Communist blacklisting scandal back in the 1940's. Do you also feel that Walter White is done?
