Rumors made rounds that Jennifer Lawrence and Rob Kardashian went to a date that was set up by Rob's mother, Kris Jenner.
According to rumors, Kris Jenner tried to be a matchmaker when she suggested that her new friend Jennifer Lawrence should meet his son, Extra reported. Gossip Cop, however, exclusively corrected the reports, saying that J.Law and Rob did not hook up and Kris Jenner did not fix them up on a date.
The "Hunger Games" actress and Kardashian met last month when Jennifer's friends invited Kris to her 25th birthday party to surprise her. Gossip Cop said Heat magazine claimed that Kris asked the actress to come to her home and meet his son and the two instantly got along well. But a source allegedly told the magazine, "Rob wasn't happy with Kris... He's not ready to date and wants to lose more weight before being pictured in public but it's classic Kris."
What actually happened, Gossip Cop cleared, is that Jennifer Lawrence is a "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" fan and so her friends made Jenner bring her birthday cake. The cake looked like pile of feces, with a "Happy Birthday You Pile Of Sh*t" on it. Jenner stayed at the party to hang out with them and sing karaoke. She posted on Instagram a photo of herself and Jennifer on a funny pose. It says, "Happy Birthday you piece of shit... God I love you #Jenniferlawrence thanks for making this night a night to remember.....even if we did get caught... I love you Happy Birthday Gorgeous!!! #Bible #momager #doll."
"Kris Jenner comes out holding my cake," Lawrence gushed, according to Extra. "It was the closest I've ever come to losing consciousness. I had no idea! I'd never met her before, but we've always watched 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians.' And then Kris Jenner and I sang 'Build Me Up Buttercup' on karaoke and took that picture [in bed together]."
