Now that Hayley (Phoebe Tonkin) is cursed, fans are wondering if she and Elijah (Daniel Gillies) will still have a chance in the upcoming season of "The Originals." Since the beginning of the show, Elijah and Hayley have been flirting around, and when they have given into their feelings for each other, Hayley was married to Jackson (Nathan Parsons).
According to Inquisitr, the show's executive producer Julie Plec revealed some hints about Elijah and Hayley's relationship on Season 3. According to Plec, there is still hope for the couple and that their relationship was "just blocked by a ridiculous amount of obstacles."
She revealed that it is not the end for the couple and that they will get together at some point in the show. She added that as of the moment, Hayley is just focusing on her marriage with Jackson and how they are working out their relationship knowing that Elijah is around.
Meanwhile, because of Klaus' (Joseph Morgan) actions, Hayley is now cursed to be a werewolf for most of the month and only transforms into human during the full moon. It was reported that Elijah will be visiting Hayley during this time of the month, and there are pictures where Elijah is seen bringing Klaus and Hayley's daughter Hope to Hayley.
It was also earlier reported that the events in Season 3 will take place months after the events in the Season 2 finale. According to Christian Today, "The Originals" Season 3 will have a six-month jump from the Season 2 ending.
It was earlier reported that a new group of sired vampires will be coming to town, and these sired vampires were the first ones created by the Mikaelsons. In the extended trailer for Season 3, viewers can see Klaus back to his old vicious self as he tries to protect his home from the invaders.
"The Originals" Season 3 will premiere on The CW on October 8.
