Rachel McAdams and her rumored boyfriend, Taylor Kitsch, have reportedly split just before they made their relationship official. Reports have it that the two were dating up a storm when they were doing the HBO series "True Detective"; however, it turned out that they fell out of love just before the season finale ended.
McAdams and her rumored boyfriend appeared to be on the same page as they reportedly shared wonderful time together while shooting the HBO series. She talked about him all the time and they definitely grew closer while on the set even though they were already friends for years, Hollywood Life reports. New reports say that their budding romance fizzled out before the series ended.
Meanwhile, McAdams talked about the dating rumors about Kitsch back in July. The "Southpaw" star didn't directly address the reports, but she claimed that it's funny how things are developing on the Internet. In an interview with Entertainment Online, she said that the Internet is "weird" when rumors about her seeing her co-star Kitsch swirled online. The two had an Internet name: "McKitsch."
"It's funny, the things the Internet likes to proclaim," McAdams said. "[It's the] weird, weird, bizarre, surreal side of it but I guess you just have to laugh at it at a certain point." However, "The Notebook" star didn't deny or confirm the controversies.
Earlier, McAdams told Glamour Magazine that she doesn't find work as an ideal place to find love. "A set may seem like a good place for romance, but I don't think it's very conducive; it's too distracting," she said. "Every relationship I've had with a coworker comes after the fact."
The 36-year-old actress famously dated her co-stars Josh Lucas, Ryan Gosling and Michael Sheen. She was also romantically linked to her "Southpaw"co-star Jake Gyllenhaal in April.
