Just few days before its official release on September 29, 2015, 'NBA Live 16' is having some negative reviews coming from its NBA Live 16 demo. Complaints of gaming enthusiasts vary in different levels, starting from actual avatar of some players and even up to the details of the stats. The comments of some players and observers highlighted some of the most noticeable NBA Live 16 glitches.
To name some, Jimmer Freddete who's known for his deadly long range shots has a noticeable lower three-point rating than Boris Diaw. And Knick's fans are likely to complain about the avatar of Kristaps Porzingis which is too far to be him even when you stare at it. D'Angelo Russell of Lakers and Tyus Jones of the TimberWolves had similar fate when it comes to their NBA Live 16 avatars. Several avatars of EA Sport basketball game are not realistic according to some fans who considered it and other inconsistencies as major NBA Live 16 glitches which EA Sports should address. And in response to the avatar confusions as a major NBA Live 16 glitch, EA Sports clarified the concern stating via bleacherreport that;
"The players referenced are part of a very small minority who haven't had their heads scanned into the game yet. In fact, roughly 80% of the league's players have their face scans representing them in all aspects of the game. Avatars and all other in-game assets are updated as players are scanned, and the results are incredibly realistic."
And to somehow appease NBA fans, the game developer, EA Sports, also highlighted a particular game feature to somehow put more thrill and in a way cover up the NBA Live 16 avatar glitch. In as similar report, EA Sports stated that;
"We're also allowing fans to scan their own faces this year via our new companion app, which features GameFaceHD and provides the most realistic, detailed player faces ever. Overall, we invite players to judge for themselves by playing the free demo that's available right now on PS4 and Xbox One."
With this new feature of NBA Live 16 offers, the avatar glitch might be obscured; however there are still prominent gaming glitches in the said NBA Live installment. And one of the most talked about game glitch is Kevin Love shooting free throw on wrong hoop (video here). This error of Kevin Love shooting at a wrong basket cannot be obscured even with the GameFaceHD feature of NBA Live. And this should be considered properly by the game developer.
Every game comes with a glitch, for no video game is perfect. However, this NBA Live 16 Kevin Love Free-Throw glitch is very hilarious that it might even become a good publicity for the game itself. Nonetheless, you might have seen some other glitches on the upcoming NBA Live installment, feel free to share and comment below.
