Choose an appropriate area on where you would want to locate your closet. Placing it on the master's bedroom can be a great location for small apartments. For homes with minimal belongings, allotting the storage age under the stairs can be a great location too. A room as small as a stock room can be used for a walk-in closet, as long as it properly set up.

Use the corners accordingly. Corners maybe a dead space, but it can still be used. As per Lisa Adams, the CEO and designer of LA Closet Design, incorporating a corner carousel into your closet design to really utilize a corner that would otherwise go unused. "The carousel rotates 360 degrees and allows for hanging all the way around. Rather than voiding out the corner or doing an awkward reach-in cabinet, a corner carousel is a great solution for capitalizing on storage space," [HGTV]

Organization is the key. Make sure to set up the closet in a way that it would look organized. Clutter makes everything skimpy and full. Make sure to hang each item accordingly, color coding your clothes can be a great way in organizing your closet.
