Celebrity Real Estate: Bobby Cannavale and Rose Byrne Bought Boerum Hill Townhouse

Boerum Hill is one of Hollywood celebrities' favorite neighborhoods. It is home for stars such as Michelle Williams and the late Heath Ledger, Ethan Hawke, Keri Russell, as well as Hope Davis, according to Curbed.

One of the newest members of the Boerum Hill neighborhood are actors Bobby Cannavale and Rose Byrne. According to The Real Deal, the couple bought the townhouse at 453 Warren Street for $2.2 million. Actors Annie Parisse, who is best known for her role as Alexandra Borgia in the drama series "Law and Order," and husband Paul Sparks were the previous owners of the said townhouse. Parisse and Sparks bought the said townhouse in 2013 for $1.8 million.

According to NY Daily News, the three-story, 2,000-square-foot house on the Brooklyn waterfront has a front and back gardens, three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a master bedroom with a fireplace, an open kitchen, laundry area, storage space and a full guest apartment on the bottom floor.

Cannavale has won an Emmy for his role as Gyp Rosetti on HBO's "Boardwalk Empire." In this series he co-starred Sparks who played the role of Mickey Doyle. On the other hand, Byrne starred in a couple of films including "Bridemaids," "Neighbors" and "X-Men First Class."

The Celebrity couple who just starred in the movies "Annie and Adult Beginners" have been dating since 2012. The couple has been living in the East Village.

The Daily Mail reported earlier this year that Byrne was on "The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon" and talked about her relationship with her boyfriend for two years Cannavale. She shared that they get to visit her family in Tasmania when they went to Sydney for a working vacation.

"[Bobby and I] went to Sydney, went all around, my parents live in Tasmania. It's a beautiful property, they have animals everywhere, kangaroos in the morning," Byrne said.

NY Daily News also posted a PDA photo of Rose and Bobby while they attend the first day of Australian Open at Melbourne Park last January 19, 2015.
