Maria Bello Lists California Home for $1.85 Million

Maria Bello of "The Mummy 3" glory has listed her home in Venice, California, with an asking price of $1.85 million. Bello purchased the property in 2005 for around $1.89 million and has now listed it at a discount of $45,000.

According to the listing records at Realtor, the home was built in 1915 and sits on a gated 0.08 acre lot. The unit measures around 1759 square feet comprising of three bedrooms and two full and one half bathroom. The residence is located in a prime location of Venice, which is also home to the most hip shopping stretch, Abbott Kinney.

The Real Estalker give details of the two story single family residence. Red French doors open into the home. The place has wooden and tile flooring. The spacious living room leads to a formal dining room. The family room has a huge stone fireplace and a built-in book shelf. The kitchen is a modestly modern space with a central breakfast bar and custom-built cabinetry. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom that features a spa-like tub.

Outside, the home has generous courtyards and a patio. The home also has a stone backyard. The residence has a red stone sitting area in the front where one can enjoy the sunny mornings and breezy evenings. It also has a covered parking garage.

The "Coyote Ugly" star Bello used to own another residence in Venice, Ca., which was initially a commercial hotel. She sold the home in November to Brandon Boyd, front man of rock band, Incubus.

Bello got her big break when producers cast her in the famous TV show "Mr. and Mrs. Smith". She went on to feature in movies like "Downloading Nancy", "The Dark" and "The Grown-ups". She currently appears on Sci-fi/drama TV series "Touch". On the movies front, she has a couple of projects in her kitty and"Grown-ups 2" is in its post-production stage while "Prisoners" and "The Third Person" are still in the making.
