On Wednesday, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has announced an upcoming free downloadable content for the "Batman: Arkham Knight." The game's upcoming DLC is called the "Catwoman's Revenge," which is actually set in the aftermath of the events in "Arkham Knight." It was said that the playable character, Catwoman, will seek her revenge on Riddler, a report from Gamespot said.
"Catwoman's Revenge is a story pack putting players in the role of Catwoman, seeking revenge against the Riddler, The feline anti-heroine was teased at the end of the Batman: Arkham Knight September update trailer released earlier this week," IGN said, describing the game's upcoming in-game content that will be released this October.
It was also reported that the company is planning to release the "Batman Classic TV Series Mobile Pack." The pack, according to the publisher, will allow players to have a different set of classic skins for the Batmobile, Catwoman and Robin as well as for the two racetracks which were inspired by the aforementioned TV series.
iDigital Times reports that aside from the soon-to-be-released Catwoman's Revenge DLC, Rocksteady has published two skin packs for "Dark Knight and Batmobile." The first skin pack which is said to be the original "Arkham Batman Skin" will allow players to put on the suit used by Bruce Wayne during the game's Asylum campaign.
The second skin pack is the 2008 Tumbler Batmobile Pack that features a tank-like version of the car. These skin packs are both available for gamers who own an "Arkham Knight" Season Pass. Those who don't have a pass can buy the Tumbler Batmobile Pack for only $2. Meanwhile, Batman's original asylum costume can be downloaded for free.
"WB and Rocksteady also published a new Batman: Arkham Knight September Update trailer giving fans an early look at all of the new Arkham Knight DLC scheduled to debut before the end of the month. That includes the upcoming Nightwing: GCPD Lockdown expansion, along with a new Crime Fighter challenge pack for those who still haven't had their fill of Arkham Knight's combat," the report added.
