'Teen Wolf' Season 5B Spoilers & Premiere: Theo Continues To Cause Trouble; Show Renewed For Season 6, Showrunner Hints Plans

"Teen Wolf" has recently been renewed for Season 6. Showrunner Jeff Davis revealed that they are surprised with the renewal, and he shared possible plans for the show's upcoming season.

According to Venture Capital Post, MTV has ordered 20 episodes for Season 6 of "Teen Wolf." This is reportedly because of the fact that the show remains to be one of the most-watched shows in the network.

Davis revealed in an interview that they have no idea as to whether Season 6 will be the final season for the show. He also said that they are also working on other possible storylines for Season 6.

"We're still debating that because, I have to be honest, I thought Season 5 was it. I thought we were ending. I have no idea what's going to happen with Season 6," he said.

Davis had said earlier that in case the show is renewed for Season 7, there is a huge possibility that he will let other people take over.

As for Season 5B, according to Morning News USA, Davis teased that the characters will not be graduating in the second part of the season. It can be expected that Theo (Cody Christian) and his resurrected chimeras will cause more trouble for Scott (Tyler Posey) and his pack.

Davis revealed in an interview that Scott will be making decisions that will cause a significant change as the show returns for the second half of the season. He added that the first part of Season 5B will feature Scott trying to draw back his friends and bring the pack together again in order to help Lydia (Holland Roden) and stop the chimeras from killing all the people he loves.

As of writing, there is still no definite date as to when Season 5B of "Teen Wolf" will air, but it is expected to return on MTV by January 2016.
