'Supernatural' Season 11 Spoilers: The CW Releases Official Synopsis For 'Out Of The Darkness, Into The Fire'

The CW has just released the official synopsis for the upcoming episode of "Supernatural" titled, "Out Of the Darkness, Into the Fire." In the upcoming premiere episode, the Winchester brothers will come face to face with their biggest enemy and threat yet.

It was also revealed that the premiere will pick up right where last season left off. This means that Sam and Dean will continue to face the darkness that was unleashed after Mark of Cain was removed from Dean's arm, according to Yibada.

Meanwhile, cast member Jared Padalecki recently talked about the upcoming episode and the famous Impala.

In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, he said, "It's done in a very clever supernatural way, mind you, but episode four is a very cool episode. It's all about the Impala. We've had this third lead character for 10 seasons strong and, we're not revealing a personality, but we see just how much a part of Winchesters' lives it is... You kind of see the Impala in work in all these scenes from seasons past where we haven't necessarily known where it is or known how it got there. You see just how crucial a character is."

In other news, Padalecki also said that he's excited to see how his character and Jensen Ackles' character would finally be on the same page in the upcoming 11th season. The actor believes that fans will enjoy seeing Sam and Dean work together.

Ackles, meanwhile, said that he and Padalecki are having so much fun with their respective roles on the show. More specifically, they are reportedly happy to be able to portray their characters in a much lighter tone this coming season.

"Supernatural" Season 11 will premiere on The CW on Wednesday, Oct. 7 at 9 p.m. ET.
