Golfer Dustin Johnson Paid $4.95 Million For His New Crib In Palm Beach Gardens

The PGA Golfer Dustin Johnson just purchased a $4.95 million worth of house in Palm Beach Gardens. Johnson was said to earn more than $5.2 million on tour so far this year. This is his second house in Palm Beach Country north side.

The house hit the market last June for $5.9 million. According to Gossip Extra, Johnson signed in for it earlier this month. The seller was investment manager Courtney Munson. He only paid $3.2 million for the house three years ago.

The listing agent was Danielle Munson of Platinum Properties while Jeremy Browne of Hughes Realty Group was the one who represented the buyer.

As reported in property records, Johnson took out $3.7 million mortgage from Bank of America when he purchased the house.

LA Times reported that Johnson's Mediterranean-inspired home is fronting the Intracoastal Waterway. It has resort-like vibe with three balconies, a covered patio and a swimming pool with waterfalls and grotto connected to it. It also has a wood-plank walkway that leads to a dense forest of a private islet to a wide dock and palapa-topped bar.

This is a five-bed and six-bathroom house with nearly 8,200-square-foot living room with double height ceilings. According to Gossip Extra, other real estate websites said that the house have a "magnificent master suite with two large custom built walk in closets; Gourmet kitchen, insulated wine room, large family room with a custom bar, tons of custom built storage closets; Cabana bath, home office, in law suite, three balconies overlooking the water; There's a utility/golf cart shed that could be converted to a guest home; There's a four-car garage with a large work bench and built ins, a private boat ramp perfect for dropping in the jet skis or paddle boards."

Johnson will be moving in to this luxurious home with his fiancée Paulina Gretzky and their new baby.
