Rumors: Hayden Christensen As Anakin Skywalker in 'Star Wars Episode: VIII'

"Star Wars" fans are already counting down to December when the latest Star Wars installment "Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awaken" dominates theaters worldwide. The "Star Wars" hype is so crazy that rumors of a Star Wars Episode VIII have surface even months before Episode VII is released. What is even more surprising is the rumor that Darth Vader is returning and the man underneath the infamous black suit will be none other than Hayden Christensen.

According to Making Star Wars, "A team in the U.K. are soon heading to the U.S. to begin training Hayden Christensen for a Star Wars: Episode VIII appearance of some sort." This seems unbelievable because, a quick recap, Darth Vader died in "Episode VI: The Return of the Jedi" after saving Luke Skywalker from the Emperor. On the other hand, the creators of "Star Wars" may have a plan to bring the dark character back if indeed there is going to be a "Star Wars Episode VIII."

Speaking of what that particular source has told Making Star Wars, Hollywood Life reports that it was not indicated if he would come back as Darth Vader or Anakin Skywalker. However, the source has added that, "fully operational Darth Vader Chest piece along with the helmet" has reportedly made it to the creature shop for Episode VIII. Would Christensen be both Darth Vader and Anakin Skywalker in Episode VIII?

While some fans are happy about being able to see Darth Vader again, some fans are not happy about Hayden Christensen's comeback for the role. Hayden played Anakin Skywalker in the two "Star Wars" prequel. According to Hollywood Life, the actor's portrayal of Anakin in both "Episode II: The Clone Wars" and "Episode III: Revenge of the Sith" was not very impressive that when news of his reappearance in the "Star Wars" series circulated, a lot of fan had taken to Twitter their disagreement.
