Fred Durst's Los Angeles Home Hits the Market for $1.85 Million

The last time we heard about Fred Durst was when he threatened to axe two members from Limp Bizkit.

Now we know he's selling his Los-Angeles Spanish outpost for $1.85 million, reported Zillow blog.

The home located at 2100 Outpost Drive, Los Angeles, Calif. was built in 1933 and spans 1,807-square-feet. It comes with spacious 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and Spanish-style architectural details.

Past the friendly front doors, you get a glimpse of the arched entryways that lead you to more rooms. It's not overly decorated and you immediately feel right at home in this Hollywood Hills estate.

The rooms have vaulted ceilings with wooden beams. The main living space comes with a fireplace, and the kitchen's most notable parts are the turquoise-colored cabinets.

The patio can be accessed from the living quarters and leads you to a great shade beneath the palm trees. The relaxed setting can be a place to enjoy evenings and afternoons, and during those breezy nights you can turn up the outdoor fireplace for some warmth.

According to public records retrieved by Zillow blog, Durst bought the home back in December of 2006 for approximately $1.405 million.

Aside from selling this Los Angeles home, Limp Bizkit's frontman is preparing a release of a new album expected later this year on Cash Money Records. The band's seventh studio album titled, "Stampede of the Disco Elephants," sounds like a new beginning for the band--especially since he did try to kick out co-founding members of the Limp Bizkit, DJ Lethal and John Otto.

"Our new album may be too raw and psychotic for some of you,"Durst said, according to ThePRP blog. "If so, tough luck. It's important to me that this album is something to help you...feel. My mind is in your gutter."
