"The Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Amiyah Scott has captured the eyes of the public as she learns that being famous just puts your deepest and juiciest secrets out in the public.
Scott became the apple of the eye as she was accused of lying to "RHOA" producers just to have a juicier storyline, EN Stars reported.
"The Real Housewives of Atlanta" will feature Scott being accused of having a criminal record. According to Radar Online, the transsexual star, who was born as Arthur Roy Scott, was taken by the Fulton County Police Department into custody in Georgia back in March 3, 2006.
"The Real Housewives of Atlanta" reveals that she was charged with felony theft after getting a stolen car. She was put into trouble when she skipped a traffic light and when an officer pulled her over, thus discovering that the car Scott was driving was apparently stolen.
Scott was arrested due to the incident, but the case was immediately closed before the trial was set, though that did not stop Scott's series of legal actions. In May 10, 2007, just more than a year after she had her legal incidence, the police started searching for Scott for the crime of first degree forgery. Scott fell back in the custody of the East Point Police Department in Georgia for six months.
Scott was caught and the incident happened when she used a bad check in buying a Yorkshire terrier dog. She has also been using the fake name Kim Xerogeanes. The seller of the dog immediately realized that Scott had used a bad check and immediately contacted the police, but only to find out that they were not Scott's first victims, OK Magazine reported.
Scott has been using her process of being a transsexual to victimize people. In the end, she ended up agreeing to a plea deal, though that was not the last of Scott.
Scott has been in trouble for misdemeanor simple assault charge just two years later. During the incident, Scott was using the name Adrienne Scott-Berry, wherein she threatened the victim and "walked towards him in an intimidating manner as if Scott was going to hit him."
"The Real Housewives of Atlanta" taping has already begun.
