The home was first listed in March 2012 asking for $7.25 million. Failing to sell then, it was taken off and relisted a couple of times before plunking in the market for the above mentioned price.
The property is a pre-war 1925 duplex residence comprising of ten rooms. The home has five bedrooms and four full and one half bathroom. The home has two living rooms, a formal dining room, a library and a den as well.
According to the floor plans at Curbed, the lower floor has a spacious living room with a fireplace. There are two guest bedrooms with attached bathrooms and a library on the floor. The kitchen is a modestly modern area with custom cabinetry, a service entrance and an adjoining pantry room.
