Michael B. Jordan speaks out in his interview with GQ regarding the dating rumors that sparked months ago between him and the 19-year-old Kendall Jenner. EOnline has the highlights of the interview wherein Jordan also sets out the status of his dating life and his main focus.
In his interview, Jordan denied the dating rumor with Kendall Jenner and said, "Kendall's a friend of mine, you know. I don't know her, like, that well, but I know her enough."
And apart from the fact that they are friends, he also spoke about his fans becoming raucous about the idea, "It's the world we live in. They see white and black. I don't. People's perspective on that is what it is. I don't f--king know. I don't live my life to make other people happy. It's so weird, though, right? A lot of black fans were feeling like 'Oh, my god, he should have been with a black woman' and that whole thing."
And the actor goes on and said, "It's just the new world, you know what I mean? People can like one another, not necessarily from the same history or culture or whatever the f*ck it is."
And according to EOnline, the "Fantastic Four" actor is currently not ready to be in the love department despite the fact that he truly knows how to treat a lady right. Jordan in fact has a steady route and his main focus now is his career.
Jordan said, "Um, I try and be focused. I told myself at a young age, once I kind of saw this momentum, that I would sacrifice all my twenties to my work. I'm 28. I've got a year and a half."
And aside from the clear focus on his career, Jordan also said that his other main concern is his family. "The Fruitvale Station" actor said, "At the end of the day, that's all that matters to me is my family, bro. I come from nothing, so it's like my family, they came with me. That's all I care about. Couldn't give a fuck less about anything else. My mom, my dad, my sister, my brother-they're good, I'm good. They're not good, I'm not good. I put everything I had into everything, so once they're good I can start living a little. My mid-thirties I can live a little. And I'm so okay with that. I'm cool with that."
