Ian Somerhalder and Nikki Reed: Couple’s House Features a Nursery? Get a Glimpse of Their Married Life by Taking a Tour of Their Home

"The Vampire Diaries" star Ian Somerhalder and "Twilight" actress Nikki Reed's whirlwhind romance has caught everyone by surprise, especially the "Nian" (Nina and Ian) fans. The couple has been married for a couple of months now, but they continue to be plagued with controversies regarding Ian's ex, Nina Dobrev.

Though various reports suggest that Nikki remains jealous of Nina, it seems that the couple is happily married, and Ian has in fact recently expressed his intentions of being a father, which seems to be evident in one of the rooms in their new home. Take a tour of Ian and Nikki's house and get a glimpse of their married life.

According to Variety, Nikki and Ian have purchased a "glassy contemporary" house in Venice for $2.85 million. The property is said to be previously owned by Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer Chad Smith, who originally bought it for $2.76 million.

Ian and Nikki's home is considered an "eco-architectural" house as it features glass walls. The property is home to three bedrooms.

Based from the photos on the site, the house is mostly made up of white interiors and decked out with modern furniture. One photo shows a room, which appears to be a nursery, complete with a crib, toys and children's books. The master bedroom, which is said to be skylit, features a modest-sized private balcony, and there's a deluxe bathroom with glass shower door and bathtub. The bedroom has a walk-in closet too.

In a previous interview with E! News, Ian gushed about living with Nikki and said that the sexiest thing he sees after waking up in the morning is his wife, "who's the most beautiful human being in the world." Ian added that his wife is "incredible," as she has turned their home into an animal rescue.

"Selflessly, literally giving her resources and her home and her family's time and her time to saving animals in need. It's actually quite extraordinary. We actually have nine animals at home - four dogs, three cats and two horses," Ian shared.
